Tanglo ("we," "our," or "us") is a product of Mellosoft Pty Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our document intelligence platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete a document, it is removed from active storage within 30 days. Account data is retained for up to 90 days after account closure to comply with legal and audit obligations, after which it is permanently deleted.

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics data is collected in aggregate form and does not track individual users across other websites.
Our Service is hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any cross-border data transfers.
